Hannah Chase has dedicated her career to the world of learning and development and executive coaching, and is currently the Head of Leadership & Learning at Squarespace. Outside of L&D, she has spent 20+ years teaching and performing improvisation at theaters and organizations across the globe. She blends her passions for L&D and improv together by using applied improvisation techniques to work with individuals and companies on a range of team and leadership development skills (ask her about it! it’s her favorite topic!). She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
